We would rather tell you plainly what it does and does not do than sell you something you did not need. Here is the straight version for Huntley homeowners.

How do I know if my ducts need cleaning?
Take a register cover off and look in with a flashlight. Visible coating, debris, or matting is a clear answer. A thin film of dust on the first few inches is normal.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
There is no fixed interval that fits every home. Most houses go several years between cleanings; renovations, pets, and rodent activity shorten that.
Will duct cleaning reduce my heating bill?
